Developer Relations Engineer · Apr 2025 – Present
- Grew the Avalanche developer platform from 3k to 20k users by launching a community run referral program, learner certifications and a job portal, tested with PostHog A/B experiments.
- Created 15+ Academy courses across 3 tracks (Avalanche infrastructure, blockchain fundamentals, web3 go to market), pairing written lessons with runnable tooling.
- Organized 25+ workshops in 10+ countries, lecturing 500+ developers, founders and institutional teams and debugging their integrations live.
- Co-organized an online hackathon with 5,000 participants and a $1M prize pool, running the evaluation rounds and coordinating judges.
- Delivered 3 enterprise integrations to production.
SIX

Software Engineer · Nov 2023 – Apr 2025
- Improved validator attestation performance by 10% by debugging production issues across a Teku and Geth node fleet.
- Built an institutional staking platform on Fireblocks vault accounts and the transaction API, dual sourcing Figment and Attestant so no single provider outage stopped staking.
- Closed the Figment and Attestant provider agreements the staking service ran on.
- Operated the Kubernetes node fleet on Azure with Helm autoscaling, Terraform, and Grafana and Prometheus alerting, owning the Teku and Geth release cadence against a zero downtime target.
- Shipped Scala and Akka backend services and OpenAPI specs that let partner engineering teams integrate Ethereum and Avalanche staking.
- Supported institutional clients migrating from Corda to Avalanche.
- Resolved a bank client incident by adapting Fireblocks vaults to display AVAX holdings.
Gridex Protocol

Founding Engineer · Mar 2023 – Oct 2023
- Deployed the protocol's core and peripheral contracts to 6 networks: Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Linea and Polygon.
- Wrote the protocol's complete technical documentation directly from the Solidity source.
- Closed partnerships with Alchemy, Infura, an on and off ramp provider and market makers.
- Ran the Linea DeFi Week and Linea Stampede activations, designing onchain tasks users completed for rewards.
- Kept protocol activity indexed in real time by streaming Alchemy and Infura data through Node.js services.

- Identified the most gas efficient vesting contract design, Magna's, by benchmarking competitors' vesting smart contracts and their Solidity and assembly optimizations.
- Reviewed competitors' audits and security assessments to harden the vesting contract against known exploits.
- Analyzed competitors' vesting features and token distribution strategies to position the product.
