Forward-deployed work for Instituto Marítimo Español, a 42-year-old maritime training firm in Madrid running Business Central. Every lead, enrolment form and course request arrived by email or WhatsApp and was re-keyed by hand. I sat in on the vendor pitches, priced the alternative, and am building it instead: an email classifier that reads the inbox, creates or enriches the contact and opens the opportunity in the ERP, with dedupe and automatic replies on top. Vendor quote to beat was 6,000 to 12,000 EUR a year.

[Tap-to-pay triggers an agent stock purchase.] Entered in the Colosseum Crypto World's Fair (Sep 14 – Oct 12, 2026).
A forked open-source AI coding harness whose idle status line becomes a crypto-native ad marketplace. Advertisers fund a campaign from a wallet created on first launch, the marketplace picks the top bid, the harness shows the ad and counts impressions, and each impression settles as a private gas-free micropayment through Unlink on Arc, with half going to the developer. Built in 36 hours at ETHGlobal New York 2026 with Dynamic, Unlink and Arc. Runner-up.
